Mobile Access to Smart Home Network

چکیده
In this paper, we discuss the design and implementation of a smart home application for remote monitoring and control home devices via internet and messaging services of the cellular networks. Current smart home devices can be accessed by its remote control, within a limited coverage span of a personal area network, normally at around a 100m radius. In utilizing a mobile device and the Internet, the access coverage of a smart home device will be rendered virtually limitless, increasing convenience and opening doors of potential advancements in smart home technologies.
